Your description of problem is very vague and missing a lot of needed info. But, it sounds like you are trying to use a particular media player and a file is missing. If you downloaded the media player, try downloading and reinstalling. If it is a program that you still have the installation program for, resinstall the program. If it is a Windows program that comes with WIN98 you can reinstall the multimedia files from the control panel.
But these suggestions are only a guess as you haven't provided enough info to really help you.
