Unable to log in via new desktop

I am able to still log in via my laptop......using original User Name and Password

However, attempts to log in with original User Name and Password via my new Desktop Unit, keeps getting kicked back to me.

How to resolve Log-In issue with new Desktop Unit?

Is the "New Desktop" referring to a new computer? If so, have you set passwords for the user account or accounts? Or, are you trying to login with a Microsoft account and that is not letting you in?
